Our chambers are an indispensable tool for the steaming, drying, cooking and smoking of your charcuterie products. With a capacity of 1 to 4 trolleys, the chambers are equipped with Visunet software in order to visualise and record all the programmes and cooking cycles required to produce your ranges. The cells can produce between 370 and 3200kg in the smoking chamber and from 400 to 4000kg in the cooking chamber.
