The BF255 forming machine allows you to make artisan quality minced steaks at an industrial rate! The steak is formed out of a continuous strand of minced product. The desired burger shape is gently created by in-line moving half shell forming blocks. Compression times and intensities are adjustable to optimize the desired result.
